UI/UX Design Lead on a reimagined mobile patient portal for a healthcare system.
Objective
Our objective was to help one of the largest healthcare systems in the US reimagine a place where patients could go for all of their healthcare needs: securely access medical information, research the best provider before booking in-person or virtual appointments, pay bills and quickly refill prescriptions, all within a personalized experience.
Approach
We partnered with our client and used design-thinking methodologies to define goals and trouble-shoot the current application’s pain points to create a user-driven experience. As the design lead, I contributed to the user flows, wireframes, user testing, and oversaw and guided the UI and visual design into final execution and development.
